Drinking Game! Friends and Family

Rules:
assume random number is 15
you get one chance per round to guess a number between 0-20
if you guess low : you have to take a shot
if you guess higher: you have to take 2x shots
if you guess corrrect number : you are safe, also you get to choose who takes shots instead of you . 
after this next person plays and the cycle resumes!
